Independently investigate and discipline Federal Bureau of Prisons supervisors Wes Mayhew and Dave Taylor.

As a single father of five children, I worked very hard to support my family in these difficult times..
Dave Taylor and Wes Mayhew abused their federal authority, being in collusion with my former employer, a private company named GEO GROUP, by placing me on an unprecedented 11 month unpaid leave based on false allegations. When the allegations proved to be untrue, a document with forged entries (an untrained eye could see was not my handwriting) was used against me by Dave Taylor and Wes Mayhew, to justify "permanently" precluding me from working with federal offenders. This gave GEO the cover-up needed to wrongfully terminate me.
I humbly requested Wes and Dave to reverse their final determination they based on a forged document, however, they proudly refused to honor my just request.
