We would like the President Obama to order the Justice Department to investigate the shootings of innocent people during the LAPD pursuit of Chris Dorner. The shootings took place on Feb 7th, 2013. Emma Hernandez, and Margie Carranza were delivering newspapers in LA and were "mistook" for Dorner. The vehicle they were driving didn't match the description of Dorner's vehicle. We would like the investigation to investigate the shooting, the internal affairs investigation, and discipline afterward. I would also like Federal charges to be brought to parties who have been found criminally liable for the shooting or anyone covering up for officers in the investigation.
