Indian Government does not want to resolve the Kashmir issue, hence creating hysteria among the populace.

Since many years Kashmir Issue has been on hold. The populace of Kashmir never got what they were promised by the Indian Government since the partition in 1947. Nowadays their army surrounds Muslim-majority areas in Kashmir (people who hope and strive to stay with Pakistan since the partition), killing them, raping their women and hiding these facts due to their corrupt media. Rebellious organisations all over Kashmir are born as a result. After the recent Uri attacks, India seems to be imposing its views on the world, rather than looking for the root cause that is the Kashmir Issue, if one another is to be blamed forever then I guess these attacks seem to have no end. World needs to open its eyes and spot the real culprit.
