The Indiana State Constitution violates the 1st amendment. The first 7 sections of the states constitution address religion, and specifically the first two sections state "CREATOR" and "ALMIGHTY GOD"(iga.in.gov, 2015).

The State of Indiana's Constitution is a violation of the first amendment. This violation is allowing discrimination by individuals, businesses, and organizations. This needs to be addressed and our civil liberties must not be taken.
