Alexander Graham denied that the NSA was collecting millions of Americans phone records when asked blunty by congress only to come out later, after Edward Snowden confirmed this was the case, to say that they were in fact storing millions of americans phone records. Whether the program is constitutional or not, perjury is a serious offense and he should not be given any immunity simply because his status in the government.
