We the people seek a federal indictment of Sen. Dianne Feinstein under the charge of treason. Senator Feinstein, with the proposed "Assault Weapons Ban" of 2013 is clearly in violation of allegiance toward our country and constitutional rights. The inclusion of handguns into this proposed bill is in clear violation of Supreme Court rulings and the literal definition of the 2nd Ammendment, as defined previously by the Supreme Court. This act, as witnessed by more than two persons, stands to significantly weaken the ability of the United States and it's population to attack or resist it's enemies. During this time in the open-ended War on Terror, an attempt to disarm and restrict the rights of self defense of the American people is an overt act of treason, and must not be tolerated.
