INDICT CORPORATIONS who commit crimes as if they were an individual, no longer let them be~ ABOVE THE LAW!

Created by H.M. on January 18, 2013

Corporations have been deemed people by the US Supreme Court, therefore any corporation can now be indicted for a crime as if they were an individual person. They can be prosecuted at either the state or corporate level, making management and major stockholders being criminally liable and no longer able to hide behind corporate shield for criminal behavior. Corporations their executives and major stockholders now can face the same punishment any person would face if they were convicted and found guilty of any crime. Federal and state attorneys can now charge any corporation with the same crimes that any person can be charged with and will be punished in the same manner with incarceration in federal or state prisons.Corporations can longer expect to be ABOVE THE LAW!
