While it is true that the international oil companies and those who profit thereby are also at fault, the Kock brothers are the American symbol of the misuse of wealth to influence political policy so they are the most appropriate persons to hold accountable for the deadly devastation now being experienced in America and around the world. Children are dying to all because the Kock brothers are spending millions to stop cap-and-trade and other similar efforts to halt global warming.
