Indict Director of Intelligence James Clapper for perjury

Created by D.L. on February 02, 2014

On March 12, 2013, In a testimony before congress, James Clapper was asked "Does the NSA collect any type of data at all on millions or hundreds of million of Americans" to which Clapper replied, "No sir. Not wittingly." I believe that in the view of most reasonable people, Clapper intentionally lied before Congress as we now know that the NSA does indeed collect the described data due to Edward Snowden's actions.

The rule of law should be applicable to all Americans, regardless of their political standings. As such, James Clapper should be indicted for this statement and be held accountable for his actions in a court of law.
