Hillary Clinton should be indicted for:
1. Obstruction of justice: She lied to investigative officials, failed to turn over evidence, and provided only selective evidence. If any personnel with clearance was in breach as Clinton was, they would be prosecuted.
2. Spoliation of evidence: She wiped the hard drive after requests from authorities to turn it over.
3. Violaton of Federal Records Act: Our officials agree to be accountable when they hold office and agree to comply with the Federal Records Act.
4. Violation of Espionage Act: Officials with Security Clearances agree to hold sensitive information vital to our country's security with strict restrictions. She ignored these restrictions.
Hillary should be indicted and held accountable for her actions.
