Indict Hillary Clinton for committing fraud against the United States and jeopardizing national security.

Created by C.D. on May 27, 2016

Ever since Mrs. Clinton’s e-mail server became a matter of public debate last year, she has lied to the American people on numerous occasions by stating that, "she broke no rules."

However, Hillary Clinton violated a number of federal criminal statutes:
18 U.S. Code § 793 – Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information
18 U.S. Code § 798 – Disclosure of classified information
18 U.S. Code § 2071(b) — Concealment, removal, or mutilation generally
18 U.S. Code § 1505 – Obstruction of proceedings before departments, agencies, and committees
18 U.S. Code § 1519 — Destruction, alteration, or falsification of records in federal investigations

If Hillary Clinton isn't held accountable for her criminal behavior as Secretary of State, she will continue to violate the law as President.
