Indict Hillary Clinton for conduct detrimental to National security and release all correspondence related to Benghazi

Created by M.W. on March 23, 2016

Hillary Clinton's conduct is detrimental to National Security by willfully or negligently violating standard compliance procedures. Many others including General Petraeus have been charged for using a Gmail account. Secretary Clinton not only violated regulatory compliance procedure's, she violated multiple Federal laws as well.

For example:

Executive Order 13526 and 18 U.S.C Sec. 793(f) of the federal code make it unlawful to send or store classified information on Personal email.

By using a private email server, Secretary Clinton violated the Federal Records Act and the State Department’s Foreign Affairs Manual regarding records management,

I'm also requesting all correspondence released relating to Benghazi as we're entitled to this information under the Freedom of Information Act
