Hillary Clinton has caused irreversible damage to the United States of America by intentionally moving or causing to be moved classified information to an unprotected server.
According to the law 18 U.S. Code § 1924 Hillary Clinton is guilty on all counts.
1. Hillary Clinton was "an employee of the United States government" at the time
2. Hillary Clinton knowingly obtained and created "documents and materials containing classified information"
3. Hillary Clinton "knowingly removed such documents or materials"
4. Hillary Clinton did not have the authority to remove the documents
5. Hillary Clinton demonstrated the "intent to retain such documents or materials at an unauthorized location"
6. It has also been shown that this material was very likely accessed by foreign governments
