Hillary Clinton knowingly used an unauthorized email server to conduct official government business. This server had none of the safe guards normally put in place designed to protect our national interests.
As has been shown through testimony some of the emails she sent had classified information in them. In addition some of the emails she sent had information in them that she should have known contained sensitive information.
Hillary Clinton has steadfastly denied these facts. She has not truly accepted responsibility for breaking the law. She has perjured herself numerous times on this matter.
Hillary attempted to destroy incriminating evidence by ordering the hard drives wiped.
