Whereas Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State knowingly used a non-secure private email server to conduct classified affairs of state jeopardizing national security, and knowingly hid/destroyed/failed to provide email communications in violation of Federal law, (Federal Records Act 44 U.S. Code § 3101-3107), and lied to Congress and the American people regarding such actions, she should be indicted and brought to trial.
