We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Indict Hillary Clinton for the mismanagement of sensitive information in email communications

Created by N.M. on July 05, 2016

United States federal law is clear on the issue of handling sensitive information such as government secrets; "Executive Order 13526 and 18 U.S.C Sec. 793(f) of the federal code make it unlawful to send or store classified information on personal email" [1,2]. Hillary Clinton violated federal law when she stored and/or transmitted classified and up-classified information through her private email server(s). However, the FBI is not recommending charges to the Department of Justice. This is a clear error in prosecution and history shows that putting political goals in front of the law does not end well. Laws are not selective, this case is no different.
