indict Miley Cyrus for indecent use of tongue and for inciting indecent behaviour among teenager, particularly twerking.

Something needs to be done about Miley Cyrus. Since she cannot be deported with Justin Bieber, since she continually and stubbornly proceeds down the path to total moral degradation for the sole sake of fame and fortune, and since her behavior negatively influences U.S. teens everywhere to walk around with tongues fully extended out the corners of their mouths while doing this body contortion called "twerking," and to show too much flesh thereby making them vulnerable to sexual predators, child abusers, and, well, just high school boys, we petition the U.S. government to indict Miley Cyrus for whatever they can possibly find to indict her (we suggest assault with a deadly weapon (tongue), endangerment of minors (tongue and twerk)) and to lock her up until she gets some sense in her head.
