Four American Citizens have been murdered by drone attacks; Anwar al-Awlaki, his 16 year old son Abdulrahman al-Awlaki, Samir Khan and Jude Kenan Mohammed. None of these men had been indicted for any crimes or had arrest warrants issued against them. This was a blatant denial of their rights under the first, fourth, fifth, sixth and eighth amendments. Our elected officials cannot hold themselves above the Constitution.
