Indict Speaker Boehner for Netanyahu/Logan Act violation. President has sole prerogative in matters of foreign policy.

Created by G.G. on February 26, 2015

Speaker Boehner's covert invitation to a foreign head of
state, Benjamin Netanyahu, to speak to Congress on March
3rd, is an intentional violation of the Logan Act, and a willful
act of treason. The Logan Act grants sole prerogative in the
conduct of foreign policy to the President, and prohibits
unauthorized contact and communication, as to matters of State, with foreign officials or governments.

Boehner has betrayed the authority of the President, flouted the electoral will of the MAJORITY of American
voters who have TWICE elected the President to direct
matters of State, and, with malice of forethought, jeopardized critical nuclear weapon development negotiations with Iran.

The equal-power authority of the President and the
Executive Branch, AND the Logan Act law must be
defended.
