Those who purpose Violations of the U.S. Constitution, and deny the Constitutional Rights of U.S. Citizens exercising their Rights to Petition the Government; even if the Petition is a Petition to Secede from the U.S.; and who have Petitioned the Government to impose Punishment on those Citizens who are exercising their Rights; should themselves be Indicted for Violation of U.S. Constitutional Laws.
Those who Petition to Punish Citizens for exercising their Rights; have proven Intent to Violate the U.S. Constitution; and therefore Indictable upon any Violation against another.
