For both the Fiscal Cliff Crisis, and the Crisis that Speaker Boehner orchestrated by "Kicking the sequester down the road." the Speaker forgot a VERY important thing. All bills having to due with the "purse strings" of America MUST come from the House of Representatives.
Article 1: Section 7: Clause 1:
" All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with Amendments as on other Bills.
This establishes the method for making Acts of Congress that involve taxation. Accordingly, any bill may originate in either House of Congress, except for a revenue bill, which may originate only in the House of Representatives."
By constantly telling the Senate to deal with it, he is going against CONSTITUTIONAL LAW. Indict the man.
