It is the Right of U.S. Citizens to freely speak what's on their mind, and that Speech free whether verbally or in writing. It is the Right of U.S. Citizens to be Secure in their Papers, and Documents. This includes Speeches or Documents of petitions; even if those petition are of the nature to secede from the United States.
Those who would impose punishment against those expressing their interest to secede; are in fact purposing a violation of the U.S. Constitution of America.
My petition is to indict those who would infringe upon the laws intended to protect everyone within the borders of the United States.
