Indigenous Sovereignty Rights Act

Native Justice Movement demands that an Indigenous Sovereign Rights Act be implemented that firmly establishes all Native American Tribes as full Sovereign Nations entitled to government to government relations and treaty rights with the United States of America equal to those afforded any foreign allied Nation including but not limited to, the right to expel, detain and prosecute non-members engaged in illegal acts on Tribal lands and the right to bar State, Federal, overseas and corporate powers from entering their lands without tribal authorization and consensus. Also that a new Land Claims Commission be convened to address claims against the Federal government for unConstitutional land expropriation and allow full land return and/or appropriate and fair monetary compensations.
