An individual who receives a DUI or drug offense must surrender to the court their firearms until the case is over.

Guns and drugs do not mix. One who does drugs or abuses alcohol does not deserve to have the possession of firearms. They are a risk to themselves and their community. We must stop violence before it is given the chance to happen.
