We the people are petitioning to:
- Fully repeal every part of Obamacare and the ACA.
- Deregulate the private sector and embrace the free market for healthcare.
- Eliminate cronyism with healthcare.
- Restrict and limit the government's power of creating regulation to only those that ensure the safety of the consumer.
- Over time, slowly start dismantling the Department of Health and Human Services, and as an end goal to completely cut the unconstitutional agency. We must allow the free market to slowly replace it and soon achieve a completely private healthcare system. This would result in lower costs and better quality services as competition takes into effect.
