Individuals with one American parent, can't get fair review of the documents, but illegal immigrants are given a chance.

Created by F.A. on May 24, 2013

Individual who have one American parent  who had no opportunity, due to lack of information, to have claimed citizenship as a child but now in later life found the family and acquired the necessary documentation; however, can not get a fair review of the documents from immigrations at the American Embassy of the Philippines, who say you are to old and had to do this before becoming 18 years of age, even though you are the daughter of a WWII American soldier. Remember there are laws governing Derivative claim of citizenship for ADULTS,but the workers at the embassy choose to ignore any possibility and they rather listen and help pure blooded Filipino to migrate and have the American dream than to help and listen to people like me who has an American father.
