Created by V.G. on January 19, 2013

The Obama administration should pressure the Environmental Protection Agency, EPA, to ban all insecticides that contain Neonicotinoids, such as clothianidin and imidaclorpid. These chemicals are in the nectar and poolen of flowers and they kill bees and hummingbirds. France, Germany and Italy have banned them with great results. Bayer's and Syngenta's Systemic Insecticides have been shown in Europe to massacre bees. When these chemicals were banned, populations of bees returned.
