The state has, for a long time, relied on the output from 'Middle Class' Americans to solve economic problems. It is the proletariat lower classes whom can increase the means of production by equaling the workforce of the middle class. This would result in an industrial boom, thousands of new jobs, and a fairer deal than Obamacare and current State Welfare! It worked for Roosevelt in a much worse economic crash, it should work now!
