The USOC and the WHO andBrazil are understating the dangers of exposure to the water that they will be making athletes perform in. Athletes who are training for the 2016 Rio Summer games are already getting sick from being in thewater.

We want the President and Congress to persuade the USOC to threaten to boycott the 2016 Summer Games until the water conditions are acknowledge as unacceptable and addressed in a serious manner. We cannot expect our athletes to risk there health to perform in conditions that we ourselves would not.
