inforce the 5th admendment

Created by M.C. on November 27, 2014

I was punished for a dwi. I was sentenced 1 year of probation, fines and had to take classes. I was arrested twice while on probation for other crimes. One of the crimes I received a not guilty verdict and the other case was dismissed. My probation was revoked because I agreed to say I was drinking while on probation. My problem is that they allowed me to complete the terms of my original punishment and then revoked my probation. So now i have to serve 60 days in jail. I don't think that it is fair that I am being punished twice for the same crime. I should at least receive some kind of credit for the time served from original punishment. If you agree could you at least close the loopholes in the 5th admendment. Thank you for your time.
