Due to the recent act of terrorism against Police Officers in the City of New York, I want the a Federal Guideline to be established for the Safety of the Men and Women who risk their life for the citizens of this great nation. That being said I feel that NYPD vehicles have bullet proof windows installed in them for no more acts of terrorism can be laid on Police Officers.
