Inform Americans that their right to bear arms stems from each State Constitution and not the Federal Constitution

44 States enshrined the right to bear arms in their Constitutions. The Federal Constitution has the second Amendment to restrict the Federal Government from making ANY LAW PERTAINING TO FIREARMS to protect State sovereignty. Already Unconstitutional laws are in effect and illegally upheld by the supreme court. If Americans want to give the Federal Government the jurisdiction over this issue, each State Constitution must be amended then the Federal Constitution as well. We do not make laws in opposition to the Constitution because we believe them to be a good idea, there is a process for this already. It's called a Constitutional Amendment. The balance of interests doctrine is illegal and was created in order to justify illegally imprisoning Japanese Americans during WW2.
