Inform citizens stopped in traffic stops of there right to decline a search

Police routinely stop citizens for minor traffic stops. Many placed in this situation are suspect to the police asking to search their vehicles. Most of these questions are asked without probable cause a crime was committed. Although this practice of asking is fair, most people are not informed of their right to say no when questioned by the police. From now on the police should be required when asking permission to search your vehicle that you have the right to say no. Not informing a person of this is a violation of the fourth amendment of the constitution which states, “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects against unreasonable search and seizures...” If people are not aware of their rights then this is not a reasonable search and seizure
