The U.S should hold annually, an announcement all day long on television, radio, all media about what America really is and how it was formed. What is the history before the colonists arrived, what is the the native language. Many Americans tend to discriminate and harass illegal immigrants by racial slurs and many derogatory insults. Let us remind them that we are all immigrants, we are what makes this country whether others like it or not. America is called the Melting Pot for a very unique reason. The "event" should cover this and so much more. Let's re teach the masses why America is great. That the United States is made possible by not only some, but all. It is time rid the ignorance of many and bring a fresh understanding of what is is to be American.
