Reaching Across the World Ministries is a Faith Based Organization that provides to the NYC Metropolitan community an accelerated 350hr CASAC Training Program which is in grave jeopardy of losing its funding by Sept. 29, 2012. This petition is calling for action from city, state, and federal officials and taxpaying citizens to stop and cease the eradication of funds for this program. Pastor Ferrand's ministry has been unfairly targeted by Matt Kawola, OASAS ATR Project Director. His plan is to take the funding from RAWM and allocate the funds to his fellow board member who has an agency that also provides the 350hr CASAC training, although its not a faith based program. This a red flag and a conflict of interest and also undermines the purpose of the funds and the Presidents initiative.
