Inform voters with standardized individual impact explanations and including easy to understand readability formulas

It is important to be as informed a voter as possible. Voter guides often include complicated measures and associated financial impact statements. These statements are often too high-level and fail to provide individuals with specific information that relates to them and their out-of-pocket expense, which has the potential to result in an uninformed decision. Voters should be able to have access to a cost estimation tool they can use to understand their direct financial impacts. e.g. It is one thing to know that a measure will cost $3 billion over the next 10 years vs. knowing that the individual voter impact based upon their income-level is estimated to cost t $90 per year or $7.5 per month. When so many live paycheck to paycheck this information is important to have.
