Since the adoption of the Second Amendment (Amendment II) to the United States Constitution on December 15, 1791 it has protected the right of the people to keep and bear arms and is a significant part of our rights as United States citizens; however, we feel and strongly believe your efforts to invoke any form of gun control will only jeopardize and alienate the rights of law abiding citizens.
As concerned citizens, veterans and constituents we implore you to reconsider and not to introduce any legislation or measures that would limit any form of gun control.
