Inhibit individuals, whom of which are under criminal investigation, from running for political office.

If an individual is under criminal investigation of which he or she may or may not be found guilty, said person should not be legally permitted to run for any form of political office. If permitted, and the individual both wins his or her political race, and is found guilty, then the individual must be removed from office causing a prolonged stage in which the United States of America is placed in a vulnerable state due to the fact that we will not have a political figure head to lead us as a unified nation. It is both unconstitutional and disgraceful for a person whom of which is under criminal investigation to be allowed to potentially lead our nation. As a result, their ability to do so should be inhibited until the person is found innocent.
