Inhibit the mass incarceration of African American Males by Approving Apprenticeship Programs to hire them!

Created by T.J. on December 22, 2013

Employment vs. Mass Incarceration:
Targeted employees: African American Males ranging from the age of 15 to 55.
Targeted funding option: Department of Labor and Certified Contractors. This petition is dedicated to the unemployed, under-skilled, dislocated, those victimized from the highest crime rates, and ultimately those that are most in dire need.

The above link leads to documentation by the Workforce, which states the percentages African American Males are unemployed. Which shows inevitably they are not a large portion of the work force. By ensuring that African American Males become the recipient of training from certified Apprenticeship Programs (MAGG 2V Power Apprenticeship) will inhibit the occupation of selling illegal substances.
