A law should be in place to make sure that anyone that is allowed to receive funds or entitlements is forced to be drug tested. If the person should fail the drug test, they would be taken off of assistance and would have to reapply when they were clean. The American people that work, pay taxes and mostly have to be drug screened should not be required to pay for citizens or aliens that are using taxes to support a drug habit while sitting at home. It is time to stop all of the goverment waste and spending before it is too late, if not already. God Bless America!!!
