initiate accountable government. i.e terms of all government officials can be terminated if WE THE PEOPLE deem neccesary

If a petition for a government official reaches enough signatures, then call an emergency two-step vote. First vote is to gauge his performance,a simple yes he/ she has performed his/her duties to expectations, or no. If vote is majority no, then the next step would be to terminate his/her term and hold second vote with replacement candidates. We need a government that is held accountable by WE THE PEOPLE now more than ever
