Limit the House of Representatives to 5 two-year terms and change the terms of the US Senate from 6 years to 4 years and limit their service to three terms. By establishing term limits for Congress, this will prevent stagnation, help reduce stalemates and allow people with fresh ideas to represent the people from their states.
