Worked for company July 18, 2013 - November 23, 2013. The CEO/Owner of Co., is Mr. Garrett Cassells. Never received any income from this job for over 4 months. He refuses to pay my wages of 4,640.00 based on the minimum wage of 7.25 per hour.
He deserves to be chastised for what he’s caused me and agents who had their licenses tied up with his company. Many agents received writing numbers from Insurance Carriers but was deceitful to each agent said that he never received it. He uses a scheme of Bait & Switch technique that he has been using for years, except I was able to catch him doing this to agents
