Initiate Amendment requiring Congress to attend all scheduled sessions and vote on all presented bills. No compaigning.

Congress has more than adequate income, staff, and benefits, yet seems to miss many days in session and votes. (I see on TV that when someone argues an issue before Congress, there is often no one in attendance to listen.) I believe they think being re-elected is their only job.
