ESS Anti-Bullying Program
It has been asked “Am I my brothers keeper?”
Allow me to submit to you the ESS Program.
The ESS Program will pair a senior student with a freshman.
The senior will be the sponsor, the freshman , the candidate.
The guidance counselor should work to pair students for the program. Candidates would be students that lack; peers, social standing, grades, esteem or confidence. The senior will lead by example therefore, only the most exemplary seniors should be chosen as sponsors. This program is intended to foster peer accountability with in the peer group thereby fostering the concept that "Everyone is Special to Someone". This is meant to teach compassion, tolerance and a sense of community within the student body in each school.
