Initiate and support an effort to enact a Constitutional Amendment to establish term limits for Congress.

Many states have enacted term limits for their state legislators. There is already a term limit for the U.S. President but none for Congress. Establishing a fair limit on the number of years that one person may serve in the U.S. House of Representatives or Senate will encourage the introduction of new ideas and new people into the process of creating legislation.
