Initiate Anti-Bullying program ESS

Allow me to submit to you, what I call, the E.S.S. Program. ESS stands for “Everybody is Special to Somebody”. ESS will pair a senior student with a freshman student. The senior will be the sponsor and the freshman will be the candidate. The program would be on a voluntary basis. The faculty would submit a candidate for inclusion to the ESS or guidance counselor for pairing. Teachers should look for students which lack: peers, social standing within school structure, grades, self-esteem, confidence or any other dynamic that is lacking and is deemed viable to being a productive member of society. After pairing the senior will lead by example; therefore, only the most exemplary seniors should be chosen for the program. Seniors who elect to partake should receive some incentive, such as
