initiate appropriate action to get the Supreme Court to hold Louisiana governor Bobby Jindal in contempt of court.

The Supreme Court ruled that same sex marriage is a right protected by the Constitution. The last four words of the ruling could not be any clearer. "It is so ordered". However Louisiana's governor Bobby Jindal insists on denying homosexual citizens of Louisiana their constitutional rights, instead holding out for a lower court to make a decision on a case related to same sex marriage despite the fact that the Supreme Court ruled clearly on this matter. In addition, parishes have been instructed by the state attorney general to wait 25 days to issue marriage licenses, in hopes of a reconsideration of the decision. We ask that Bobby Jindal be referred to the appropriate judicial entities to be brought up on contempt of court charges for his refusal to obey the SCOTUS ruling without delay.
