Initiate a constitutional amendment to remove the power of granting themselves raises from the greedy hands of Congress.

Congress has failed to do anything near an acceptable job for it's constituencies, yet they are able to vote themselves a raise, especially at a time of fiscal crisis. This is totally unacceptable, and that raise, and any others they feel entitled to, should be removed from their control and be handed off to a referendum by their employers, ie, the citizens who put them in office, expect a reasonable job performance, and pay for their outrageous salaries and benefits.
