initiate creating an unmanned spacecraft to follow and study Halley's Comet

Created by D.C. on March 18, 2014

By creating such a vehicle, we can study Halley's Comet in various positions in its orbit. In addition, it will give future generations something more to look forward to, a time capsule that we can see in the sky.

Once the technology is proven with this vehicle, the same can be created for longer-period comets.
